Sylveon is now a ??? type and you can only obtain it by having a Eevee hatched from an Eevee and Audino overfeeding it poffins, make it love you, be the only one in your party when training it only at 5am to 6am in the morning and when its level 50 feed it a moon stone and make sure it holds a sky plate and have PKRS.
